RoadClaims Advisor ("RoadClaims," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. • Risk calculator answers — answers to questions about your claim type, urgency, and situation.
• Contact details — name, email, company name, phone, and business type when you submit them.
• Intake submissions — claim facts, issues, claim types, urgency, value range, and other details you provide on the intake form.
• Claim documents — files you upload only after your package is confirmed and payment is received.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store card numbers.

Information collected automatically

• Basic analytics about Site usage (pages viewed, device type, approximate location from IP).
• Operational logs needed to provide and secure the Services.

2. How we use information

• To review your claim and deliver the requested review or report.
• To recommend the appropriate review package and confirm scope and price.
• To communicate with you about your intake, package, payment, or report.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site and Services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share information only with:

• Service providers processing data on our behalf (hosting, database, email, payment processing, analytics) under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
• Legal and safety recipients when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality.

4. Claim documents and confidentiality

Claim documents you upload are stored in a private storage bucket accessible only to authorized RoadClaims personnel performing your review. Documents are used only to deliver the requested review. You should not upload documents until your package and scope have been confirmed.

5. Data retention

We retain intake and review information for as long as needed to deliver the Services, support follow-up, and meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. We may retain calculator and intake records longer in aggregated or de-identified form. You can request deletion as described below.

6. Security

We use industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and signed URLs for document delivery. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

• Request access to or a copy of the information you have submitted.
• Request correction or deletion of your information, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

8. Children
